OneDrive - Share files & folders
How to share files & folders with a colleague or you academic mentor.
You have access to OneDrive using your EDHEC account : https://onedrive.live.com/about/en-us/signin/
Then you have to select the concerned file(s) or the folder(s) then click on "Share" and enter the name of the person(s) to whom you want to give access with read-only or edit permissions.
In case the default permission is "Can view", you can change it to "Can edit" as below:

Use expiration dates and passwords
With a Microsoft 365 subscription, you can add expiration dates and passwords to files you share in OneDrive to make them more secure. Microsoft article
Collaborate on a document
You can easily collaborate on the shared document. When everyone opens the same OneDrive file, you can edit at the same time. You may see others’ cursors/initials while editing.
In order to add comments, select the text/object → New Comment
